Return and Exchange Commitment
You can return or exchange the product within 7 days of signing for it. If the product does not affect secondary sales, the Repair Master Mall will handle the return and exchange service for you. Please submit a "Return and Exchange" application on the website.
It should be noted that for returns and exchanges not related to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
Return and Exchange Method
Please choose regular express delivery to send the product, inner packaging, gifts, and delivery note back to us. For returns and exchanges due to quality issues, we currently do not support cash on delivery for shipping costs, so please pay the shipping cost in advance.

Return and Exchange Regulations
Please choose regular express delivery (e.g., ZTO Express, Shentong, SF Express, EMS, etc.) to send the product, inner packaging, gifts, and delivery note back to us. For returns and exchanges due to quality issues, we currently do not support cash on delivery for shipping costs, so please pay the shipping cost in advance.
When processing returns and exchanges, please ensure that the product packaging is intact. Products that are affected by personal reasons and cannot be resold will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Images and product information are for reference only. Due to issues such as lighting during photography and different monitors, there may be some color difference between the product images and the actual product. The actual product shall prevail.
If you requested an invoice when purchasing, please return the invoice along with the product during the return or exchange. If the invoice is lost, the return or exchange cannot be processed.
The above explanation is the basic return and exchange principle for Repair Master Mall products, with exceptions for special products. Special products designated by Repair Master Mall are not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality issues.
